- Contributed to defending a sovereign state in three parallel UNCITRAL arbitrations under the Energy Charter Treaty that involved compensation claims exceeding US$50 billion and the ensuing annulment proceedings before the Hague District Court
- Represented a sovereign state in SCC arbitration brought by a shareholder under a bilateral investment treaty, including ensuing annulment proceedings before Swedish courts
