Fluent in English and Russian, Marina’s perspective has been shaped by living and working in four major legal and business centers: Toronto, New York, London, and Moscow. This firsthand immersion across different legal cultures enables her to navigate cross-cultural disputes with a nuanced understanding of regional business practices and decision-making dynamics.

At Cleary Gottlieb, Marina represented clients in high-stakes commercial and investment arbitrations involving state entities and major multinational corporations. She coordinated multi-jurisdictional enforcement strategies and developed expertise in cases requiring navigation of complex political and regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.

Beyond her practice, Marina contributes to the development of the arbitration field as an accredited CIArb tutor. She teaches foundational and advanced courses in International Arbitration and Law & Obligations, preparing the next generation of arbitration practitioners.
